Shopping Online...

You can purchase any of the games you see on the site in the usual way. Find the games in our Store, add them to your basket, go to the checkout, fill in your details and follow the instructions. Simple!

If we have run out of stock of a particular item you will be told as soon as you try to add it to the basket. If that is the case, drop us an email and let us know what you are after and we will let you know how soon we can get it.

Delivery...

Whichever method you choose we will aim to have it in the post as quickly as we can. This may however be a day or so after receiving your order. If you have any special requests, do not hesitate to get in contact with us.

When entering your details you can choose how you want the item delivering – if you are ordering multiple items, try choosing different options to see which will give the service and price to suit your needs.

Its up to you, but we prefer to send our games by recorded delivery to do the best we can to guarantee safe journey! Simply choose First Class Recorded Delivery or Express 48 when completing your details

If you choose to have your package delivered by standard first or second class delivery (i.e. not recorded), we can provide evidence of posting, but cannot guarantee to cover any losses, these would need to be sought through the Royal Mails own processes.

Note: Not all services are available for each order due to size and weight restrictions. The options are:

First Class Recorded and Signed For:

• Once posted - next day delivery with most items
• Proof of posting
• Signature on delivery
• Online confirmation of delivery
• Items covered to value of £46

Express 48:

• Delivery in 2 working days, from posting, to most UK destinations, 3 working days to the highlands and islands of Scotland
• Immediate tracking
• Free online confirmation and proof of delivery
• We will cover the cost of insuring your delivery, however big or small.

First Class Standard:

• Once posted - next day delivery from posting with most items
• Items covered to value of £46

Second Class Standard:

• Delivery usually in 3 working days, from posting.
• Items covered to value of £46
• Not available for packages weighing more than 1 kg

We base the price on exactly what we pay to deliver your goods, and do not charge for packing which we keep to a minimum. Please bear in mind that some of these games are heavy and that will affect the cost of postage, but it’s worth it!

Stock...

If something is currently out of stock you will be unable to add it to your basket. Please be aware that we have a physical shop as well and we do everything we can to update the stock levels on a daily basis. In the rare event that you manage to order something that has just gone, we will endeavour to contact you immediately and let you know exactly what we can do about it.

Problem...?

If you are not happy with your order or have any other concerns, please contact us as soon as possible and we will take it from there.

Returns...

Firstly, again, get in touch with us; we may be able to advise you without the need for returning the item. That would great news for us both!

If you have the rare misfortune to receive incorrect or damaged goods we will do everything we can to correct as quickly as possible for you. Of course we will bear the cost of this!

If for any other reason you wish to return a game, we ask that:

• You contact us within 7 days of receiving your goods.
• The game must be returned sealed and in a re-saleable condition, it will be your responsibility to do this. We will happily refund you once we have received the goods.
